These are our Dance Instructional DVDs. You can purchase them using PayPal. Please
fill out a seperate form and make a seperate payment for each DVD you are purchasing.
Upon receipt of the form and PayPal payment, your DVD will be shipped to you ASAP!

PayPal Purchase & Order Form

You must do 2 things in order to order and pay for these DVDs:

1) You must complete the form for each DVD you are purchasing. Please fill out only
ONE form for EACH DVD. Then click on "Submit Your Purchase" This will send you
to our Thank You page. Double check what you sent, then click on the link that says
"click here to go back". Doing that will bring you right back here.

2) You must return to this page and then click on the "PayPal" button. This will take
you to the PayPal page. The DVD Name and the total price will be entered for you
already, you just have log-in to PayPal and make your payment to our PayPal account.
When finished, just use the back button on your browser to return to our site.
